Welcome!  I’m Phil Spencer.

I got my start in salary negotiations in 2012 when IĀ helped my friend Jerry get a $17,500 raise by writing a simple email.

I soon discovered that many of my friends, no matter how smart or hard-working they were, weren't comfortable negotiating their job salaries.

Some didn't know how to start or navigate the negotiation, and others didn't feel like they were worthy of even asking in the first place.

After helping many others negotiate significant salary increases, I decided to write a book and share with others about what I've learned, and I'm here to help you along your negotiations journey.
